Return Guarantee and Exchanges
What is your return and exchange policy?
We pride ourselves on carrying high-quality items, and we hope that you will be pleased with your order. When you
receive your order, please inspect it carefully to verify that all items meet your expectations. If, for some reason, you are
not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer-care consultants at
customerservice@valueweddingfavors.com for a return authorization within 30 days of receipt of your order. All returns
must be approved by our customer-care department.
How long before I receive my refund?
All refunds are processed upon inspection of items. Once your returned items have been processed, a credit should post
to your credit card (minus any shipping fees you incurred on your original order) within three to five business days. We
highly recommend you forward us your return tracking number so we can track your returns to help speed up the refund
time.
Can I return personalized items?
Due to the nature of these items (i.e. items cannot be resold,) personalized favors and gifts are non-returnable and
non-refundable.
Can I return edible items?
Due to the nature of these items (i.e. items cannot be resold,) edible favors are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Do you charge restocking fees?
If you wait longer than 30 days to notify us regarding the return of your items, your order may be subject to restocking
fees. Please speak with one of our customer-care representatives for further clarification.
What if I received my order, but some items are damaged?
Please inspect all items carefully when you receive your order. If there's any damage, please email our customer-care
department at customerservice@valueweddingfavors.com at your earliest convenience, but no later than 2 days after the
package was delivered. A customer-care specialist can help you file a claim with UPS.
Cancellation & Refused Shipments
What if I want to cancel an order
Any orders that are not yet processed can be canceled.
If you must cancel your order please contact us by email at customerservice@valueweddingfavors.com ASAP. We cannot
guarantee that order cancellations made via email will be caught and canceled, we will then email or call you back to
confirm your cancellation.
Any engraved items cannot be refunded once it has been engraved or shipped. Any orders refused acceptance for
delivered by customer without prior written notification to us will be subjected to a 30% re-stocking fee. All cancelled orders
must have written email confirmation from us that the order has been cancelled.
Customer may be charged a $25.00 additional handling fee for any refused or undelivered shipment due to customer's
incorrect addressed entered on the order form which must reshipped. Any shipment that needs to be re-shipped will be
charge a the same shipping charges that applies to the original order.
Out of stock Merchandise
What is the item I ordered is not in stock?
On merchandise that is out of stock, we will still follow our normal procedure of processing an invoice and billing your
credit card, however we will also notify you via email that the merchandise is out of stock and give you an estimated date
in which we expect our shipment.
If the merchandise is not in stock within 7 business days from the date your order was placed we will give you the option to
cancel the order.
